How It Works
The Good Space Plans Online process is divided into 3 distinct phases – Inform. Enlighten. Inspire.
Tell us about how you live, work and play. Your INFORM meeting will give our professional design team all the information needed to create a plan that reflects your unique personality, needs and lifestyle.
The ENLIGHTEN phase is best described as your concept coming to life. Your Interior Designer will present your plan and review every detail, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
Your Good Space Plan is digitally delivered and creatively packaged with all the instructions, details and information needed to complete your space. Your INSPIRE presentation will help you to build confidence with your plan so that you can easily execute it step by step.

Your Plan will include:
- the entrance
- dining area
- living area
- bedroom
- a functional fix up for one bathroom
Extra Meeting with Designer – We’re here for you. Purchase an additional meeting with your Designer if you’re concerned the 2 virtual meetings included in your plan aren’t enough.
Purchasing Service – Allow us to find the online price for your items. $80/hour with a minimum purchase of 2 hours.
Concierge Services – We can upload and organize your images. $80/hour with a minimum purchase of 3 hours.
Total purchase price is $2995.00 plus applicable taxes*
Deposit $998.33 – due before work begins.
1st Payment $998.33 – due prior to the ENLIGHTEN meeting
Final Payment $998.33* – due prior to the delivery of your final design during the INSPIRE meeting.

Your Plan will include:

- kid’s bedroom or guest bedroom or den or flex space
- PLUS a functional fix up for two bathrooms
