Three New Build Projects That We Want to Share

You

We just completed three projects that we are really proud of and we want to share. These three  full service projects all happened to be new builds meaning; Good Space not only works with the client to uncover their vision of a perfect home but guides them through the entire build and design process while managing the teams of professionals that bring that vision to life.

Ontario Street

A new build in an existing lot in an established neighbourhood. Ontario Street has long been known as the dividing street where east and west sides meet in Vancouver. This new build was designed to fit seamlessly into the bungalow style architecture of the existing neighbourhood. The client also received a Good Space Plan which they have been completing as their time and energy have allowed.

Anmore

This new build was designed for an energetic, young family which loves to cook. The family business is also run from the home so a separate entrance to the office was incorporated so that employees could come and go without disturbing the main area.

246B Avenue

Built in a new suburban neighbourhood we worked with the client from Architectural drawings through to the finished home. Our client was a general contractor who wanted to build something appealing throughout the ages as this new area grew into maturity.

The stone and fireplace surrounded by cedar inlay provided a strong statement feature for the open concept living area.
